Cain's Tire, Inc

I’ve purchased tires from Cane’s Tires in San Rafael before and was always happy with the quality and service. Today, I had a screw in my front tire and stopped by their shop without an appointment. They looked at it right away and within 10 minutes had removed the screw, inspected the tire thoroughly, and confirmed that it hadn’t punctured the inner layer—no air was leaking. Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me anything for the check-up or the removal. The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and professional. I wasn’t even there to buy anything today, yet they treated me like a valued customer. This kind of service is rare. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and helpful. We're travelers and had a question about our brake pads. They immediately took the time to look at our brakes and gave us some advice. We‘re so grateful for that.

Big heartfelt thanks to Roonie (hope I'm spelling that right) and the crew at Cain's Tire. I had spent 12 years managing tire and service centers in the past, and I can say their service is all one could hope for in a shop. They were fast, courteous, and did an excellent job. Also, they were able to program new tire sensors for my car as one of them was bad and the others likely weren't far behind. All of this took only an hour, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle they also gave me a report on the condition of my brakes. This was taken care of at a price about 20% less than all of the local competitors that I phone shopped prior to going there. Can not give a stronger …

Best Tire Shop in Marin! This is the only shop I trust to bring my cars to. And have been using them since my very first car in the 80s. They are very honest as well. Several times they have patched my tire for just $40, when other shops would have told me I need new tires.

They answered the phone right away and provided excellent service, making me feel confident in their ability to handle my car repairs. They replaced my tires, brakes, and struts at a great price, and I’m grateful for the work they did. My car is driving better than ever! Big thanks to the Brake Annex as well for their excellent service!
